Naturopathic Medicine
A healthcare system that encourages prevention and supporting the body's self-healing process through the use of natural therapies by combining both traditional healing and conventional medical science.

Natural medicine treats the whole person to get to the root cause rather than suppressing symptoms. Using the least invasive methods, we identify obstacles and empower you to take control of your health and return to wellness.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture retrains the nervous system by releasing chemicals that affect pain locally as well as systemic processes affected by hormones in muscles, spinal cord, and brain. This changes the way your body experiences symptoms like pain, anxiety, headaches, allergies, or menstrual irregularities.

Retraining the nervous system occurs over a series of treatments and has a more cumulative effect making acupuncture more effective when you are seen more often, especially when combined with herbs. Over time, it helps to increase resilience to stress, immune depletion, and other ailments so that you can feel well in your body, long term.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicine is used as both as a complement to acupuncture treatments and as a primary form of therapy. It can help with chronic and acute conditions alike. Chinese herbs can help shift imbalances and patterns in the body to alleviate symptoms. Chinese herbal medicine can help to decrease allergy symptoms, increase energy, improve digestion, improve sleep and/or regulate menstrual cycles.

The first consultation lasts 45 minutes and follow-up consultations last 30 minutes. Detailed questions about your symptoms and lifestyle patterns as well as inspection of the tongue are part of the diagnostic workup.
